Get Ipsec Status

/vyos/vpn/ipsec/status

Live site-to-site tunnel status (on-demand refresh source for the IPSec page).

Returns the same shape the dashboard pushes over SSE: per-tunnel up/down state with byte/packet counters and the negotiated ESP proposal, plus up/down/total counts. Returns empty/zero when strongSwan isn't running or no tunnel has established.
