Get Firewall Ipv6 Config

GET 
/vyos/firewall/ipv6/config

Get all IPv6 firewall configurations from VyOS in a generalized format.

Args: refresh: If True, force refresh from VyOS. If False, use cache.

Returns: Generalized configuration data optimized for frontend consumption

Requires READ permission on FIREWALL_POLICIES feature.
